Our story began in early 2011 when Craig Michilis and Nick Hazlett came to Singapore to open the doors for an Australian based banking and finance recruitment firm.  In 2015 they took the opportunity to buy out the Singapore entity, and Symmetry was born. 

Opening soon in Sydney Australia.

Our mission then, as it is now, is to immerse ourselves in the financial services sector and be a reliable connector between talent and organisations. 

For the past decade, businesses have depended upon us to find the very best people to power their organisations, and likewise professionals have put their trust in us to help them take the next step in their career.

We specialise in the permanent and fixed terms placements. Working with banks, financial service providers and fintechs we source experienced candidates for their front office, innovation, digital transformation and technology teams.

As financial service specialists, our strategy is to grow organically in new talent streams where demand for talent outstrips supply.
