A week in the life of a recruitment consultant. 

  • Pipeline management. Identifying, developing, engaging client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Advising, negotiating, pitching an appropriate solution for sourcing candidates together with timeline and deliverables.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Internal assessment and shortlist 
  • Arranging client interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Successful closing including offer management processing.
